I run this in my favorite deck; its a good Alara(Esper) combo, essentially replay the Strix to continually drain life from opponents.

2 mana 3 life leach 4 for 6. 4 turn count down and with gain of 6 life a turn it is hard to beat down. Add in the low cost of the creatures and it can go off quickly. Very good if simple combo. If you had intruder alarm and infinite mana you could take out the unbinder tine and make it a instant win by life leach.
