Personaly i would use whisper silk cloak to keep down the number of colors. If you added bear umbra and aggravated assualt you could jack all lands and kill them to. In a multiplayer game it would go "give me all you land and die. Thanks"

The technical term is land steal. The only true mana steal would be things like Mana Drain. . .
