Doesn't work because Emrakul doesn't stay in your graveyard.

emrukel has a triggered ability when it goes to the grave, since groyos is an instant it can be played before the ability resolves while emrukel is still in the graveyard, though the grave will still shuffle into library without him

for the combo-you can always replace the blink with an ability-flickerwisp, astral slide, their is also ghostaway which doesn't target

15 damage and 6 permanents off the bat should be helpful enough.

not always, a one time emrukel would barely scratch a decent token deck, the continuing bombardment would.
