When Figure of Destiny is in play cast Shields of Velis Vel on it to make it all creature types including warrior which means you can activate his ability without going through 2/2 to 4/4.. from 1/1 it will immediately become 8/8... With enough mana of course, that's where Seething song comes in... you can do this in 3 turns with this hand...

Seething Song or any mana producing Spell like Desperate Ritual, etc.
