To start of this combo, you need to have Sliver Overlord, Gemhide Sliver and some random slivers (instead of the Metallic Slivers I listed). Search for a sliver for 3 mana by tapping 3 slivers. Then put it into play tapping your other slivers, then all slivers will untap, and you can repeat. To search and cast a sliver that costs 2, you must have a total of 5 slivers in play, for a sliver that costs 3, do that math etc.

This one is a little cheaper then the combo with Sliver Queen (moneywise)

You wouldn't be able to use the slivers you looked for, for mana would you?

True, but the slivers that were already in play will untap.

That would be Heart Sliver, which is 1R, so can be used as soon as you have 5 slivers in play, or less if you have lands open.
