Have two Echo Mage\\\'s out that are fully leveled. Cast Nomad\\\'s assembly and replicate. Next turn replicate the rebound. With just the two echo mages you will end up with 2,048 creatures in two turns. But when I first did this combo I had 5 creatures out , all my lands, and 2 nomad\\\'s in my hand. Ended up with 20,428 creatures in two turns (two of those creatures were soul wardens by the way, and if you\\\'re not good at math that means 40,856 life gained in 2 turns.). No mass damage please. ^^

BTW, I know it's no infinite combo, but it may as well be. The rest of the deck is a bunch of control&card drawing, which is how I got all my lands. Long games are long.

Just 1 echo mage is powerful. He also attracts kill spells. Take this from experience.

You could copy the spell from the rebound

He doesn't mean that a copy would rebound.
2 base creatures *2 (spell) *2*2 (echo mage 1) *2*2 (echo mage 2)=64
repeat for the rebound = 2048

Rebound will have no effect on copies of spells because you don't cast them from your hand.

I can't find that on gather.wizards. Nomads' is a sorcery, and it is cast. I don't see where the restriction you stated is from. A little more info please.

You guys are talking about differant aspects of rebound. Turbine is saying that the rebound of the 4 copies created by the mages will not trigger. However the orginal spell will still have rebound

I see whats going on.  The orginal card says that you can cast the card from exile.  That means that copy of the spell is not a card,  therefore it cannot be cast.
