It says return it to it's owner's hand.
No abuse with that possible.

i recall there was a way to abuse the magosi, there was a way to put 2 counters on it using rings of brighthearth from llorwyn, and use the take another turn and untap (fast effect, tap for another turn) and the magosi returns to your hand, with 2 turns on the stack, but you miss 1 turn

ive had it played on me... many thought it was a cheated move, till an official DCI judge told me it was not breaking any rules

you would tap to add a counter,  then untap it with the stiticher.  Then tap and remove the counter.  Then take another turn.  you would also need amulet of vigor or a land untapper.  Repeat every turn.

You can also proliferate to add more counters to it with contagion clasp.

Ok,  I see why this combo wont work.  I thought that the second time you use magosi for the extra turn it would go through before the first skip you turn effect.  Since both go on the stack they just cancel out.  You need to use the magosi twice in one turn(the extra turn ability) in order to skip one turn the take 2 extra turns,  therefore taking one extra turn.  If there is a way to untap it before removing the counter then add another counter and do it again.  It may require alot more work then its worth.

My Bad Guys!  Didnt think that one through enough.

This by itself won't do anything though.

would a second sticher work just fine for this or what? and they have unearth so any problems with it ending up dead could be solved with 1 island for you to get at least 1 extra turn out of it. It would work right?

No it won't. The problem is not the taps the problem is you skip a turn. So unless you have a way to gain 2 turns (which is what rings does) you will always skip the turn u gain.

awsome find gericault5.  I have been looking for a infinite magosi combo for a while.  Yet I dont know if its worth it.  I guess infinite turns is always worth it.
