Expensive, but OK. Should add deathtouch and wither, of a painter servant. Since untaping gilder takes 4 mana. for a 3 toughness creature that is 12 mana. Deathtouch would make it faster. Also gilder isn't black so add a scythe of the wretched or a painter servant. If you add the scythe remove the mentor.

I agree with psyche. longbow and gorgon flail on necroskitter would accomplish the same thing for alot cheaper
