You have +20 life and a 8/8 flying. If you have mana floated you can disenchant for 2 mana.

Er, doods, just don't pay the difference when you flash in the
leviathan. Donate the stinkin' enchantment, then instantly sac the
leviathan because you 'forgot' to pay the difference.
