Have
Icy Manipulator in play. Then play Time Vault and untap it with Icy. Tap it and every upkeep you would untap Icy and untap Time with Icy. infinant turns :)

Only problem with this is getting the Time Vault :(

hi, Icy effect reads TAP, not UNTAP target something!!
You can imprint Twiddle on Isochron Scepter and have the same effect or use Unbender Tine :D

just use Aphetto Artificer and Freed from the real.
