You need an ally deck :P... lifeline+allies=death :D Yes, and it isnt combo :D

Now that's a combo, because, even if the vampire disappears before the end of your turn, the creatures will still return because of the delayed trigger.

Since it's an end of turn trigger you can stack the triggers in any order you want. Sac order doesn't matter.
