you must have at least one creature in play.

Sacrifice a creature and Get 2 charge counters on Spawning Pit with Doubling Season... Pay 1 then remove two counters to get a 2/2 Spawn creature but because of doubling season you get two...

Repeat the process while sacrificing the other 2/2 Spawn to the Ashnod's Altar... That's for the mana...

Repeat the process but instead of sacrificing the 2/2 Spawn to the Altar, do not sacrifice the other 2/2 Spawn... That's for the creature...

Repeat the process but instead of sacrificing the 2/2 Spawn to the Altar, Sacrifice it to the Spawning Pit...

Oh i forgot, you need to do the "For the mana" step, to have sufficient mana to do the "For the creature" step and "For the Charge counter" Step...
