I've been getting killed with this thanks to stupid stack rules.

I don't really understand. Could someone explain?

Took a while to explain it to me too, Scotty. The guy casts O-Ring, when that makes it to the battlefield, it starts a stack beginning with
1)exile permanent

Then he taps to "unsummon" his O-Ring:
2) return O-Ring to owner's hand.

Now, comes resolution: He returns O-Ring.
When that happens, O-Ring looks to bring back target exiled card...but it hasn't been exiled yet because we're still in stack resolution so there is no exiled card to bring back. Then finally the effect that started the stack: exile permanent.

Cheesy and dumb, but within the dumb stack rules...

I'm sure I made it more confusing than it had to be.

Also works with sacrificing the O-ring.

I used O-ring in my Kithkin deck. Now, I use it in most of my decks. It has helped me a lot.

I still don't understand what happens. Are you able to exile everything?

Essentially... you exile per casting of O-Ring.
