First, you need the Dryad Arbor who is a Land creature. He is both, land and creature. Enchant this card with Utopia sprawl and choose blue for the color. After, enchant Dryad Arbor with Freed from the real. You know the combo now? When you tap the Dryad for mana, you got a blue mana who pay the untap enchanted creature from Freed from the Real, and you will tap untap and gain infinite mana!

With this combo you can also just simply use Bloom Tender & Freed from Real ^^
