Could you use filagree sage to ubntap time vault for infinite turns? I'm wondering because it says you got to skip a turn to untap it.

Well that would make it so that for 1 blue and 2 colorless I can take an extra turn. WOW. Thats really cheap. Nice combo by it self.

Add in training grounds and you have extra turns for U. Rack up as many as you like :)

Time Vault is so overpowered. I'm guessing that it is banned in all types.

I find that it is in the Power Nine which are all restricted.

Time-vault is overpowered (I'm going to be a word bitch right now), it is broken, if they made it so that it couldn't be the target of your spells or abilities, then it would be fair. The original concept of time vault was completely fair, give up a turn to take another, then later on they decided to make a card that untaps artifacts, (voltian key at first I believe) the players, though not the editors, noticed the glitch immediately, later, time-vault was errated to use counters instead of just the tapping system. This is when I stopped paying attention to it, but apparently at one point they switched it back, though admittedly there was still an infinite combo turn even with the errata.
