you get the soul warden and the saffi in play. then you cast the crypt champion . when it gets in play , you didnt pay 1 red so have to sacrifice it... before you do, you sacrifice the saffi and target the crypt champion so that  \"until end of turn, everytime it goes to the graveyard it comes back in play\". it comes back in play, you gain one life but since you dont pay the 1 red mana, it goes to the graveyard again... and so on, infinite life  :)

Ark it's not "at end of turn "  but   "until end of turn..."

No, when a creature changes zones it "forgets" all aspects of its previous existence, so when it comes back the first time, it forgets saffis sacrifice and when it dies it will stay dead

 

however the combo does work you are just missing a key part, with saffi in play, play the crypt, sac saffi to the crypt, the crypt then goes to the grave for lack of red, it comes back to play because of saffi's sacrifice, when the crypt comes back into play its ability triggers, return saffi to play, sac her again to the crypt, repeat-now it works

you are totally right... blood wasnt getting to my brain there for a second, i havent played the deck in a very long time and pretty much posted it without really thinking about what really going on!   thanks for the save! hehe
