pay 1 to remove counter on pentavus and make a pentavite

sac pentavite to ashnod's altar and get 2 mana and put a counter on thoctar

remove a counter on thoctar to do 1 damage to opponent

pay 1 to put a counter on pentavus

lather, rinse, repeat as needed.

You need to sac a pentavite AND pay 1 to put a counter on pentavus.

... Blade of the Bloodchief can come too?
