Have one Retriever in the graveyard and the other in play. Sac it, retrieve it, play it as per usual, but this time, each time you bring a retriever into play, use the Lodestone Myr's ability to tap it. Since you can sac and retrieve an infinite number of times, this should get you an inf/inf trampler.

are they allowed to tap for abilities that are not there own without haste?

It's not their ability, it's the Lodestone Myr's "tap an artifact" ability, which is already in play.
