Turn 1. Plains; Cast Nomads
Turn 2. Mountain; Cast Daru Spiritualist
Turn 3. Mountain; Cast About Face on Daru Spiritualist

Use Nomad's ability an unlimited number of times, targeting Daru Spiritualist. This will cause Daru's ability to trigger for each time you target it with the Nomad's abilities. Because About Face was cast, Daru's power will increase instead of toughness.

Once you have it pumped up enough, fling it at your opponent. Turn 3 win (hopefully).

Oddly enough, it doesn't need damage.

The nomad is targeting the spiritualist (which is a cleric) and thus it causes it to pump up as a trigger of being targeted.
You could easily just declare "the next 9001 damage that would be dealt to this guy is dealt to the spiritualist instead" (meaning you're targeting it 9001 times). It will trigger each time it is the target of an ability.

Yup. free ability with the nomads, targeting the cleric and infinite number of times, boosting it to 1/infinite. About face makes it infinite/1 so you deal infinite damage. That is if I have the idea right.

I think, that when you take a look at the kor from time spiral, you'll see that it says: the next one damge dealt to... and this says damage. Which makes me think its impossible.

you do not need damage, looking at the kor that elves mention the outrider "0 : the next 1 damage that would be dealt to...dealt to target creature you control instead"  The key word in the ability is next, which means the ability has to be done before the damage is done.  if that damage is countered or never happens in the 1st place is not relevent to the ability

And that's why en-kor cleric is powerful...
