So if you have Scion of the Ur-Dragon taking one of each color then where do you get 4 red to pump it 4 times. I only see 2 tops.

Well, it still works well even if it isn't a turn 6 win. Add Giant Growth for a turn 6 win though.

If he's playing Scion, he's probably playing lands like ancient ziggurat and the vivid lands, so I doubt the red would be much of an issue.
