Have all four ghouls via buried alive and such in your graveyard return one sac for 2 make a black it hits the top garunteeing one ghoul has three on top of it. Return for Black adding 1 extra each time then use goblin bombardment or altar of dementia or a whispersilked cloak phrexian ghoul to give you a finisher

endless damage per turn. ghoul sac return one one leftover mana sac for 1 dmg. Spend mana return new ghoul sac for 2 return one one leftover mana sac for 1 dmg repeat endlessly

"Use only at the end of the upkeep"

As far as I know, you would only have one chance at the end or beginning of a phase to put put something on the stack, otherwise, it happens during a phase... Although, I'm not sure about this. I am curious to see if this will work though.

you are right in your logic situations which occur 1 time such as the beginning of... can only be triggered 1 time.  however the ghoul has been errtad to just upkeep so it can be played multiple times during the upkeep

but it corrects every overpowered thing...

Take Impulse for example... The rule text of the original card says on the last sentence to "Shuffle your library afterwards." or something... that is after you arrange the remaining 3 cards on top of your library...
