Pump up the pestilence as much as you can, sac the children of korlis in response, sac tainted sigil (great in group games).  This should pretty much clear the board and give you enough life to finish them off with pestilence in a turn or two.

Also need something like Drudge skeletons to regenerate so you don't lose pestilence.  You could also use any indestructable creature.

You are saying sac the children in response to pumping the pest, however that would not work-the childrens trigger would be on the stack before the damage from pest resolves so their will be no life gain.  you need to sac the children first then in response pump the pest so the children is on the bottom of the stack. to get the life.

also regen is a bad idea with pestilence.  if you put 4 mana into pest you get 4 triggers of does 1 damage. which would mean you will need to regen drudge 4 times to keep it alive, mana which caon be put into pest.  look for a pro-black creature instead.

Yeah, didn't think of that.  Even if you only played this once and let the pestilence go to the graveyard, it's still a huge swing in life and should change the game.
