Use mana manipulation like Prismatic omen or Mycosynth Lattice or run B/R with and artifact to produce White mana drop stuffy choose you opponent trade him off place Ragged Veins on stuffy and then cast Pariah on it as well.

B W R. I see many options for flinging damage at the doll. There is Shivan Meteor with suspend that could do wonders.

Suspend it, then go and donate the Stuffy.
