very useful and would fit in a deck, even if it doesnt have dark ritual

Not bad. Best is you can still use things like avalanche riders to set them back even more, or just as an alternative one turn.

Actually, you wouldn't even need blue.  O.o

Throw in a few Trinispheres, some Spheres of Resistance, maybe a Tangle Wire or two... wait, where am I going with this?
