Shakii, once you gain control of the target creature, doesn't matter what kind of lands its owner has. As long as he had an island when you activated Sea Singer's ability, you are ok.

Hey, Pal-of-Lim-Dul, I'ma let you finish, but Turbine has one of the best combos of all time!

But no, it says you control the opponent's creature as long as:
A) you control an Island;
B) the opponent controls an Island;
C) you control Seasinger; and
D) Seasinger remains tapped.

It's like a basic "and" statement in simple command-line programming. You have to meet all the conditions and it checks them in that order. It's fine if you meet all four conditions, but if you lose any of them, the combo fails. The easiest way would just be to destroy Seasinger. It's a 0/1 creature; how hard can it be?

Straight from the rulings section on the Gatherer database:

10/4/2004 You do not lose control of the stolen creature if it stops being a creature. You only lose control if Seasinger leaves your control or becomes untapped.
9/16/2007 If a creature's controller doesn't control an Island, that creature is an illegal target. Whether that player controls an Island is checked both when Seasinger's ability is activated and when it resolves. However, targeting restrictions aren't checked continually while a spell or ability is on the stack.
9/16/2007 Whether you control Seasinger is checked continually, starting when the ability is activated. If, before the ability resolves, there's any point at which you don't control Seasinger, the ability has no effect -- even if you control Seasinger again by the time the ability resolves. The same is true regarding whether Seasinger remains tapped.

Now that you mention it TwoGun, we never see you and Nick Cage at the same place... Hmm... But I guess you are obviously two different people. TwoGun carries two guns and Nicholas Cage does not.

I am a planeswalker with

+ ∞ -you get an emblem with "All damage is dealt to Turbine"
+ ∞ -you get an emblem with "if you cannot draw a card, you win the game"
- ∞ - search your library for any number of cards that work together in a combo and put them into play, then sacrifice Turbine.
