works in any zombie tribal deck, just put leafcrowned elder into your graveyard (there are plenty of ways to do this in zombie decks) then bring it back with rise from the grave and it is now a zombie. that means its kinship can put your zombies out on the field. and becase you never actually play leaf-crowned elder you can keep it mono black
