easy... have whispers and vapors in play and then drop leveler. it dies hits the grave and goes into play under opponents control. pay the cost on vapors to skip your turn so you dont have to worry bout drawing a card. or you could use necropentance, null profusion or any other skip your draw step card.

then your opponent responds by skipping his turn too...
then you respond by skipping your turn too...
it's a matter of who gives up first...

nope, because Vapors is an enchantment, and doesnt come back. just the leveler does ;-)

just read vapors some more.  you can solve that problem  by using Trickbind when they try to skip their turn (after you skip yours of course).

Or use city of solitude so they cant activate abilities in your turn :)

that also works, trickbind is more fun tho. (and costs 1 mana less :-P)
