Island. Lion's Eye Diamond.  Sac for black, then play Ancestral Recall in response. Draw a Tombstalker, then play it. 

Tell me if this doesn't work.

The discard your hand is part of the cost, so ancestral recall cant be cast in response, as it isn't in your hand.

If you cast ancestral recall 1st then use diamond in response it works. also have B in your mana pool left over if you want it and 2 cards.

Nice combo.
