This one is easy to figure out. Have Crucible of Worlds on the table and then you can sacrifice Wasteland to destroy one of their lands. If you can still play a land this turn, play Wasteland from your graveyard, repeat this every turn if you need.

I'm pretty sure that Panoptic mirror + Stone rain is much more cheaper... money wise...
