Play Followed Footsteps enchanting the Commander. Every turn, you can sac three goblins. Add in a devour creature like Mycoloth to finish the game off.

Now that I look at it, Voracious Dragon works a lot better than Mycoloth.

Voracious Dragon would definately be better than mycoloth. Also i would add in paradox haze to give you an extra upkeep. This would allow you to produce twice the amount of goblins.
