Cast Tooth and nail and Pay the entwine cost, if you didn't have Ambush commander and regal force in hand.

Plus if you have priest of titania or Elvish Archdruid, you can play the cards you drew.

The other similar combo, was Tooth and Nail, Myojin of Life's Web, Regal Force, and the Ambush Commander in Hand. If you have any one of those creatures in hand you can T&N for the other 2. You put the Myojin in, and the Ambush Commander then play the regal force and pull the counter from the myojin.
