This is true, but everyone already knows that one. A little redundancy never hurt, especially in highlander formats like EDH.

What are these Wal-Mart repacks?

Both WalMart and Target sell repacks with either a 6 card or 15 card sealed booster (from various editions, Conflux, Invasion, etc.) and include about 30 (I think) extra loose cards in the pack (all of them from various editions all the way back to Revised). They go for about $5.99 (for the 6 card booster) to about $7.99 (for the 15 card booster). Not sure if K-mart does the same, but probably likely since I've also seen them in some military exchanges (on base shopping stores for you non-military types).

I've bought about 10 of them in the last few months and got some pretty good cards out of them (seems like the Conflux ones comes with some SOA Block loose cards but not always)

They also slip in a few one of a kind promos like Broodmate Dragon which I got out of one of them last year. It seems to be pretty valuble online, around $20

They are at every walmart I have ever been to. as far as online, I dont know I never looked. Maybe Walmart.com? The repack part of the package contains alot of basic lands and usually they are all the same land (island) just from different set spanning the game. I have gotten some rares but not in all the repacks. As far as sets, I have opened everything from Revised to ROE. The booster involved is usually WW, ZEN,Shards, Eventide, 5th dawn is the earliest I have seen,oh and I've seen some Kommagawa but latly its been 6card ROE boosters, not worth the $5.99 that they cost. I think they are trying to trick us.
