Produce a spore frog twin during your opponents turn and sacrifice the token to prevent all combat damage.  Simple but provides steady and annoying defense!

You wouldn't be able to keep the haze frog token due to the splinter twin, but still works for the prevent.

Was replying to turbines post that you would be able to keep the haze frog since it prevents damage when it comes into play(instead of sac like the spore frog).  You would have to sac anyway due to the splinter twin.

Well, you could sac it to Blasting Station and eventually kill them.
