Get out Eternity Vessel into play as fast as you can. Elfhame Santuary is a gaurnteed landfall. I understand that there are other ways to go about this that are better. After you have E.V. in with E.S. grab your land with E.S. at the beginning at your upkeep. Then without playing it yet cast Phyrexian Processor and give up the majority of your life, say 15. Play your land which activates E.V. and restores your life total back. Now you can get a 15/15 for 4 mana.

Who needs Serra Avatar :P

Gilder Bairn is an interesting idea with Eternity Vessel is do say so myself.
