Play a Demigod of Revenge, then play Corpse Connosseur to put another one into your graveyard. Play Kiki-Jiki to put a copy of Demigod into play, and return the one from your graveyard to play.
Other cards that put Demigod in your graveyard work just as well.

Sorry this does not work. Kiki's copies are not cast(the new word for played) therefore the demigod trigger does not occur. Playing(Casting) and coming into play are not the same thing, which is why the rules changed with m10 to try to make it clearer. Sorry I'm an.l about this, but i lost many a game because people don't know the difference and i was outvoted, (Yes pete enduring ideal/dovescape does work)
