Tap Experiment Kraj and place a 1/1 counter on Gilder Bairn. Pay 2 (G/U) and untap Experiment Kraj and double the amount of counters on target creature. Now for three mana you can use Experiment Kraj to put a 1/1 counter on opponents creature double the amount of counters on one of yours or opponents. Then for one U tap cytoplast manipulator to gain control of target opponents creature.

why run the glider? run a leech bonder instead, it has {U} Untap: move a counter from target creature to another target creature.
