By far the most idiotic combo I have ever posted.

This can’t work, the reason: Sparkmage is out, you cast the first Ring on the Sparkmage, cast the 2nd Ring on the First Ring and the mage comes back to deal 1, cast the 3rd Ring on the 2nd ring which brings back the first Ring and then either takes out the mage or the 3rd Ring!! There is no loop here! If you take the mage out, that’s the end of the mage, if you take out the 3rd Ring you bring back the 2nd Ring and your back where you started! The champion ability would work here!

now since you dont know the combo its kind hard to talk about it, however, based on what you said about gaining life whenever a white spell is played if your thinking the loop created by the 3 rings would net you infinite live it wont the rings are not played they are simply moving in and out of play. So on that note if it is gain life when a white permanant(or enchantment) comes into play then you would gain infinte life

The spell you're thinking of is Contemplation, and it's true that this doesn't work. Casting a spell is not the same as putting a card onto the battlefield. There is a way to do it though... Having both Angelic Chorus and Opalescence in play would do it. You could skip the Opalescence if you used Faceless Butchers instead of O Rings, although this forces the game into a draw if there are no other creatures in play.
