With Mirror and Tel-Jilad in hand or in play cast Leveler. Your library is then exiled. Play mirror of fate, sacrifice it and return up to 7 exiled cards of your choice to your library. Play Tel-Jilad Stylus and return Mirror of fate to your Library.

You cannot use Tel-Jilad Stylus to return Mirror of fate to your Library because it's not in play. Just make sure that you put one into you library from the exile zone.
