With all three in play you tap gilded lotus for three mana. Use one mana for pentavus's first ability to create a 1/1 artifact creature pentavite with flying. Then use one mana to sacrifice the pentavite with Pentavus's seconed ability. The artifact creature token went to the graveyard so dross scorpion's ability activates to untap gilded lotus. You have one mana left. Repeat this process as much and you want for infinite mana.

The great thing about this combo is that it builds into so many other cards. Gravepact- pentavite goes to grave opponent sacs a creature. Tanglebloom-infinite life. Thought Dissector- mill opponent for his deck (there are better cards, but i like this one most). Nuisance Engine- Infinite 0/1 pest tokens. The list goes on and on.
