Permanents don't untap during their controllers' untap steps. At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that player chooses a permanent for each card in their graveyard, then untaps those permanents.

If this card is in your opening hand, you may begin the game with it on the battlefield. If a card would be put into an opponent's graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.

Enchant player At the beginning of enchanted player's first upkeep each turn, that player gets an additional upkeep step after this step.
