Once all 3 are out several things happen, you get multiple untap steps from the mists and paradox haze, the other is that anyone with a empty graveyard gets Royally screwed on untaping!

Just a question, can one play a creatures tap abilities between those multiple untap steps?

as long as a creature does not summoning sickness it is possible to do so, its like a main phase but you can only activate abilities and/or instants during this time
