Ok so prismatic omen is in play so you can tap for any mana needed to play your opponents deck.

With shared fate in play your opponent has to draw from your deck and you from theirs. Caste Leveler so your library is removed from the game and now they have no draw. Game Over.

The second combo is energy field and wheel of sun and moon which will make you untouchable with the exception of life lose and disenchants.

Hell add in white to this so you can donate leveler then caste flicker on leveler and let your opponent have his/her turn. LOL

Flicker puts it into play under it's owners control.

youll have to use a card that can "phase out" which is an older ability

Phasing doesn't work with ETB abilities as far as I know.

I think there is card that return a creature to the battlefield on the controller's control and not the owner's...

Even though I'm responding 3 years after combo was added, Shared Fate doesn't make you draw so you cannot win the way you stated with Leveler/Shared Fate.
