Play the druid on turn 2, the quillspike on turn 3, then you tap the druid to float a mana, untap the druid putting a -1/-1 counter on her, then use the mana through the quillspike to remove the counter. Rinse and repeat (Rite of Consumption goes great with this combo to add in infinite life :D)
