If you're playing Form of the Squirrel first, then you can't cast Phyrexian Altar afterwards. If you're casting Phyrexian Altar first, then you lose the game if you sacrifice the Squirrel token. I'm sorry, I'm not seeing the stack manipulation :/

Ah, I see it now. You can't lose the game, because the enchantment is targeting you. That's probably why it's from the unhinged set.

Ah, I see now. But the ability of putting the 1/1 into play and Losing the game are chained, are they not? I would believe so, since they are not in seperate texts. Idk. It's very confusing.

That's not the same. The You Lose The Game is static, hence you will die.
O-ring reads WHEN it leaves the battlefield and is a triggered ability.
Sorry but this won't work.

but what if you donate the form of the squirrel to your opponent then sac the token... what would happen?
