TURN 1: Play a land, play Aether Vial.
TURN 2: Play a land, play Energy Chamber. Tap Aether Vial to put Kjeldoran Javelineer on the field from your hand.
TURN 3: Pay Kjeldoran Javelineer's cumulative upkeep cost. Put a charge counter on Aether Vial, courtesy of Energy Chamber. Then play another land and put Power Conduit into play. Tap Power Conduit; remove the age counter on the Javelineer to replace it with another charge counter on Aether Vial (which should have four counters on it).

Tap Aether Vial if you have a creature with a CMC equal to the number of counters on Aether Vial - a perfect example is Leonin Abunas. Rinse and repeat until you get the desired number of charge counters; the combo will fuel itself as long as you can pay the Javelineer's cumulative upkeep cost every turn. And remember, all of the abilities either have to be activated or have the word 'may' in them, making them optional... so by your fifth turn, you can summon Kozilek; turn six, put Ulamog on the field; on your seventh, you can have Emrakul out.

Doesn't have to be 16 mana. There's only one 16-mana creature anyways and that's Draco. There's craploads of 15-mana creatures, though... there's Emrakul, Autochthon Wurm, B.F.M. the Big Furry Monster, and... uh, does Max Lotus count if you have March Of The Machines or Titania's Song in play?

See, the good thing about it is it doesn't have to follow a pattern. You could add as few as zero charge counters to Aether Vial, or as many as three per turn.
  • Aether Vial's self-added counter is optional, thanks to the word 'may'.
  • Power Conduit can let you put a +1/+1 counter on a creature you own instead of a charge counter on an artifact.
  • Energy Chamber lets you do the same as Power Conduit with an artifact creature you have in play--
...what's that? "I don't have an artifact creature"? Play Ashnod's Transmogrant and sac it; now Kjeldoran Javelineer is an artifact creature. Then, like I said, play Leonin Abunas on your third turn to keep your artifacts (including Kjeldoran Javelineer now) safe from your opponents with its ability.

Man, that was long-winded... I'm bored of typing now.
