It's fairly self explanitory, and just an expansion of the same combo posted by someone here earlier. Training Grounds + Filigree Sages + Khalni Gem = Infinite any color mana.

Add Tezzeret or Fabricate to search for 2/3 of the combo pieces, or Etherium Sculptor to make it happen on turn 4. From my experience, it's quite consistent turn 5, and happens often on turn 4.

Rod of Ruin is a good win condition, Mind Spring is fantastic, or any other way of getting cards from your deck in standard will work wonderfully. I've found that LOTS of creatures and Minion Reflector is a fun way to win that turn (assuming you drew with Mind Spring)

I do have to ask about Lightning Bolt (or similar card) once you have all of the pieces in play, can you activate Filigree Sages and Khalni Gem infinitely in response to a Lightning Bolt? I think yes, but I am not positive.

If anyone has a good way to make this happen on turn 3, even ocassionally (standard please) let me know!

Turn 1 Island -> Training grounds (U)
Turn 2 Island, Island -> Etherium sculptor (UU)
Turn 3 Island, Island, Island -> Etherium Scupltor (U) (UU left) -> Everflowing Chalice (0) for (1) (1UU left) -> Khalni Gem (1U) (UUU available) -> Filgiree Sages (UU from Gem) (U left) -> Filgiree's ability

Well wouldn't that be nice.

Nice find Kug, potential turn 3 infinite combo in standard is some good work.

Looking forward to seeing some more combos from you.

Thank you. It would require a pretty perfect draw to have it pop on turn 3, but what a surprise that would be, considering it's a training grounds and Etherium on turn 2 :) Also, even if it doesn't pop on turn 3, given the useful nature of almost all the pieces by themselves it's a pretty solid mana base for an artifact deck.

How is Rod of Ruin a win-con though?

Build up, say, 1000 U through the combo. Then, spend it on Rod of Ruin's ability and keep untapping it with Filgiree Sages. Infinite Damage, basically.
