I agree but it's just my opinion... I think Green is the weakest Star dragon? what do you think?

White is probably the worst. Green is the second though.

Note you will need two Rukh Eggs for this to work - one in your Graveyard, and one on the Battlefield. (Hell's Caretaker cannot return the one you sacrifice, it has to be a creature already in your graveyard before you pay costs).

That means that the Dragon doesn't work.

The Dragon works, again you just need two of them. One in the Graveyard, one on the Battlefield.
