Turn 1: Forest, Sol ring
Turn 2: Island, Aphetto Alchemist, Bloom Tender
Turn 3: Tap two lands and Sol ring for transguild courier, tap bloom tender + untap using aphetto alchemist..
Prismatic Omen... Go on to win it with Coalition Victory...

Sheer brilliance, and perfectly calculated.
The only downside is needing six of those eight requisite cards in your hand at the start of the match which, in itself, is a tall order, but not impossible.

Alternatively, if you don't have Coalition Victory on hand but still want to be a bit of an ass, you could change your last turn to:
Tap lands / Sol Ring for Transguild Courier; tap Bloom Tender for Prismatic Omen and/or Fist of Suns; tap Aphetto Alchemist and Bloom Tender (again) for [insert overpowered Eldrazi card here] for WUBRG.
...since they're all the rage these days, am I right? Anyone for a feasible Turn 3 Emrakul draw? Was fifteen mana; now a scant five!
