how about if i put a persist on that creature, would it return to play and trigger and put another 5/5 creature?

if you give tuktuk persist it will hit the grave, both triggers will go off then the golem will be created and persist will put tuktuk back into play with a -1 counter, at which time sbe's are checked sees it is a 0/0, sending him back to the grave, which in turn creates another golem.

the order of what happens next depends on how the first 2 triggers were stack, but the end results are the same, 2legendarys with the same name in play, so both die.  as turbine stated your only option is to sac the golem in play before the one on the stack resolves

Just as i thought it will produce another 1... i was looking at a card that produces non-legend token...

yes its possible with a non legendary, as long as you can keep paying the cost to replay the creature
