If your opponent has an Eternity Vessel that's bugging you and you've got Sorin Markov and Vampire Hexmage out, you can win in one turn.

Provided that the opponent has some way to retrieve a land (and that's very likely in a deck with Eternity Vessel), you just use Vampire Hexmage to remove all of the counters on Eternity Vessel. Then use Sorin Markov's ultimate ability to control their next turn.

During your controlling turn, force a land onto the battlefield and have your opponent's life total become zero.

Maybe a first turn control? Like maybe Black Lotus, Island, Channel, Pay a large amount of life, Eternity vessel... Donate... Risky huh?
