kind of a combo. the devoured cards will turn into new cards to devour.

the only reason i post this is because im hoping to make a devour deck, possibly red and green, and wanted to know some good cards to go with it. nothing too expensive though (like doubling season)

wow thats really good, ill need some green/black creatures to sac though. i was thinking of putting in goblin cards to devour, like dragon fodder. if you can think of any good devourable creatures that would help.

mercy killing (if you use a devour 1 guy with an effect like "deals one damage to target creature/player for each devoured creature) so you can then devour the 1/1s with a devour2/devour3
